Lukas Nemecz is a professional golfer from Austria who plays on the European Tour. He was born in Australia on August 17, 1989.

He participated in his first ranking event at the age of 10 in Austria, and by the time he was 15 years old, the Austrian Golf Association had sent him to the U18 European Championship.

Lukas won multiple Austrian Championships early on, and following the 2012 World Amateur Championship in Turkey, he made the decision to go pro. Lukas played well during his maiden Alps Tour season in 2013 and advanced to the European Challenge Tour.
