Like so many of her racing contemporaries, Susie Wolff started her professional motorsport career more than 20 years ago on the karting circuit. Before making history at the 2014 British Grand Prix by participating in a Formula 1 race weekend for the first time in 22 years, Susie started her career in karting, Formula Renault, and DTM for Mercedes-Benz.

Susie started Dare To Be Different in 2016, a call to action that is primarily focused on promoting female talent by inspiring the next generation and expanding female involvement in all disciplines of motorsport after she retired from racing in 2015.
